Passion Project with Sage

Another post for you... Today I will tell you about Sage and I's Passion project.

We organized a show with many different acts in our school hall that raised $41.40 and we are donating it to Starship Hospital and Foundation in Auckland NZ.


  • How much money we were aiming for? : We were definitely expecting somewhere around $20.00 or $50.00!
  • What was our original idea? Our original idea was a one performance and we were just hoping that we would make enough money!
  • When was our performance held?: The 25th of September 2017.

My goal is to use strong verbs and spicy adjectives. I have been practicing my goal by using them in my Gold Coast story. I have tried to use lots of amazing words and awesome describing words. That helps me to make a good and cool story. Gold Coast In one day I'm traveling to the Gold Coast for Dads Half marathon. We will be flying to the Gold Coast on a plane.We will be staying at a motel that has its own water park and ice skating rink! It is called Paradise Resort. It also has XBox inside the Motel. I’m excited because one of my friends from dancing is going to stay at the same Motel in the Gold Coast too. Mum suggested that we might visit Infinity that is an electrical light place that has heaps of AWESOME lights and activities. We will be going to all the amazing theme parks and I'm so excited because I've never been there before. Mum said that I can bring a little toy to travel with on the plane. Great Memories

Have you ever moved house?, What was it like? When I first moved house it was the worst thing that had ever happened to me, first because we had to give up sky TV. I really miss that place because my whole family made so many great memories like the time my sister and I found random shoes that we didn’t even OWN. If I was allowed I would go back and live there. Then the day came when my family moved into our BRAND NEW HOUSE to me that home didn’t really feel like home, So Mum and Dad made the decision that we needed to Insert ourselves into a better HOME a place that felt homely. We started looking at sections to build our new house on and then FINALLY we found a fantastic place to build and that was that the section was OURS.

My hiding space My heart’s pounding like a cheetah's prey. The leaves are rustling around me as the stones are banging together as the wind blows them around. I was as still as a statue waiting for someone to come and find me. My body was as long as a snake. Kaelyn was calling my name but still I stayed quiet…   “Can you guess where I was hiding” I'm on the side of my house underneath a tree with a trimmed hedge against me and stones banging in the burrow underneath.
